Promo codes are supposed to feel like a gift, not a puzzle. Here's what to check.

1. One-time use only Each promo code can only be used once per user. If you've already applied this code before, it won't work again - but we might be able to help with an alternative.

2. Apply it before you pay The code must be entered at checkout before you complete your purchase. If the discount wasn't applied at the time of payment, we're unfortunately unable to add it retroactively.

3. Check for typos Promo codes are case-sensitive. Try entering it exactly as shown - HELLO50 not hello50.

4. Check the expiry date Codes have a shelf life. Check where you found it to make sure it's still valid.
