My promo code didn’t work — what should I do?
Here’s the deal with promo codes on JOI:
1. One-time use
Each promo code can only be used once per user.
2. Apply your promo code before purchase
To get the discount, the code must be applied before you complete your purchase. If it wasn’t applied at checkout, the discount cannot be added afterward.
