My payment didn’t go through — what can I do?
Payments can fail for a bunch of small reasons — a typo, bank security checks, or a temporary connection hiccup. Most of the time, it’s easy to fix.
Try these steps:
1. Double-check your card details
Make sure the number, expiration date, and CVC are correct.
2. Try another card
3. Try a different payment method (like Crypto)
If your bank is rejecting the charge, using crypto can often work.
Keep in mind that crypto payments may take a little longer to process (15 minutes up to 24 hours).
4. Consider using a gift card or prepaid card
If you’d rather not use your card directly, a Visa/Mastercard gift card or prepaid card can do the trick.
5. Contact your bank
Make sure that the transaction was fully authorised
