My payment didn’t go through - what can I do?
Ugh, payment issues - the least sexy part of any relationship. Let's fix this quickly so you can get back to the good stuff. Payments can fail for a bunch of small reasons - a typo, a bank security check, or a temporary hiccup. Most of the time it's an easy fix.
Try these steps:
1. Double-check your card details Make sure the card number, expiration date, and CVC are all entered correctly. One wrong digit is enough to block it.
2. Try another card If you have a second card available, give that a go - it's the quickest way to rule out a card-specific issue.
3. Use a gift card or prepaid card Rather not use your personal card? A Visa or Mastercard gift card or prepaid card works just fine.
4. Contact your bank Some banks flag transactions from adult platforms as a precaution. A quick call to your bank to authorise the charge usually sorts it within minutes.
