What to try:
Clear your browser cache and cookies Old cached data is a surprisingly common cause of weird behaviour. Clear it, reload JOI, and try again.
Chrome: Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data → Cached images and files ✓
Switch browsers If you're on Chrome, try Edge or Firefox (or vice versa). Some browsers handle things differently, and a quick switch often does the trick.
Try incognito / private mode This opens a clean session with no extensions or cached data. If JOI works fine in incognito, a browser extension is the likely culprit - try disabling them one by one to find it.
Check for VPN or ad-blockers These can interfere with the platform and block certain features. Try disabling them temporarily and see if that fixes things.
