You may request a refund in the following cases:

Proven credit card fraud
If it is proven that your card was used fraudulently on our website, you will receive a full refund.

Erroneous neuron purchases (one-time only)
This applies only to accidental or mistaken purchases of additional Neurons.

  • Unused Neurons: Full refund

  • Partially used Neurons: Partial refund

(These rules follow our Refund Policy: refunds for non-systematic mistaken purchases are allowed as above.)

Subscription terminated by us
If we end your subscription for any reason (not related to a violation of our rules), you will receive a refund for the remaining time left in your subscription.
