Do I qualify for a refund?
We want every experience with JOI to feel worth it. Here's a clear breakdown of when a refund is possible - no surprises, no fine print maze.
You may request a refund in the following cases:
Proven credit card fraud If it's proven that your card was used fraudulently on our website, you'll receive a full refund. No questions asked.
Accidental neuron purchases (one-time only) Bought Neurons by mistake? It happens. Here's how it works:
Unused Neurons → full refund
Partially used Neurons → partial refund
This applies to non-systematic mistaken purchases only, in line with our Refund Policy.
Subscription terminated by us If we end your subscription for any reason that isn't related to a violation of our rules, you'll receive a refund for the remaining time left on your plan.
Not covered by the above?
Subscriptions are generally non-refundable once activated - full Premium access is granted immediately upon purchase. But if something went wrong, tell us. We'd rather find a solution than leave you unhappy.
