Didn't receive a verification code? Here’s what to do
Almost in - just need that code. Here's why it might not have arrived and how to fix it.
1. Check your spam folder This is the culprit most of the time. Verification emails love to sneak in there. Search for "JOI" or "noreply" in your spam or junk folder.
2. Make sure your email was entered correctly A tiny typo can block delivery entirely. Go back and double-check — one misplaced character means the code went somewhere else.
3. Allow a short delay Occasionally the email takes a few minutes to arrive. Wait briefly, then refresh your inbox. You can also hit "Resend code" on the login page.
4. Add us to your contacts To make sure future emails always land in your inbox, add noreply@joi.com to your safe senders list.
